The specification matters as much as the interval.

Different engines and transmissions use different fluids. Using a universal interval or choosing a fluid by color alone can lead to the wrong recommendation. We use the vehicle information, maintenance schedule and available records to work out what is due.Fluid specifications and intervals vary by vehicle. The maintenance schedule and service records show what is due; color alone does not.

If a fluid level keeps dropping, a top-up may not address the cause. Let us know about spots under the vehicle, an oil warning or changes in shifting.Repeatedly low fluid needs more than a top-up. Mention leaks, oil warnings or shifting changes.

Questions about this service.

How often should I change my oil?

Follow the vehicle’s maintenance schedule and specified oil requirements. Time, mileage and driving conditions all matter; a single interval does not fit every engine.

Does every fluid need a flush?

No. The service method depends on the system, manufacturer guidance and condition. Ask what fluid is being serviced and why the proposed method fits your vehicle.
